Quinshon Judkins is leaving Ole Miss but is not expected to leave the SEC. Jayden Daniels is off to the NFL, and Garrett Nussmeier is not near the rushing threat. LSU could desperately use Judkins to anchor the backfield, and it's close to home for him.

Quinshon Judkins grew up in Pike Road, Alabama, a small town just southeast of Montgomery. Returning to his home state and playing for the Alabama Crimson Tide could be very appealing. He was the Alabama Offensive Player of the Year in 2020 and could pair with Justice Haynes to form a nice backfield behind Jalen Milroe.

If Judkins wants to leave the SEC, the Florida State Seminoles could become an option. Mike Norvell has made it clear he is willing to build through the portal. They are bringing in quarterback DJ Uiagalelei to replace Jordan Travis, and they'll need a marquee back to step in for Trey Benson.

Another school that could be a "return to home," Judkins could go back to the state of Alabama and star for Auburn. Hugh Freeze will likely need to focus on running the ball in 2024. Judkins would be the focus on offense for the Tigers, and they figure to be a contender for his services.

The Michigan Wolverines would be a surprise, but it would be an option that makes a lot of sense on the field. Jim Harbaugh's team utilizes a power running scheme, and they'll be without Blake Corum and likely without Donovan Edwards.
