6 Best Anytime Touchdown Bets for Titans vs. Steelers

Pittsburgh Defense (+800)
As special as Will Levis’s debut was, it gives the Pittsburgh Steelers a week of tape on him. The Steelers' defense hasn’t put it all together just yet, but with TJ Watt leading the way, I expect to see Mike Tomlin and Co. to find a way to rattle Levis in a tough environment on the road. Whether that’s finding a vulnerability in his pocket presence for Watt to come in and knock the ball loose or a soft spot with Levis’s downfield reads, I can see the Steelers drumming up something to remind Levis he’s in the NFL after all. At +800, I'd take the value of Levis making a costly mistake.
George Pickens (+200)
When thinking about the Steelers’ premier players, there are two things I never want to bet on. One, any over on Najee Harris since it looks like the man runs in jeans, and secondly, Diontae Johnson since he’s not found the endzone since the Wild Card round back in the 2021 season. That leaves me with George Pickens who has had a touchdown in two of the last three games and has a great matchup against a Titans secondary that’s vulnerable to big physical receivers. At +200, this is the safest Steeler you can bet on.
DeAndre Hopkins (+210)
The marriage of DeAndre Hopkins and Will Levis after just one week looks unreal after Hopkins hauled in three touchdowns on Sunday in Levis’s debut, and now we’re getting Hopkins to find the endzone again on Thursday night at +210. Knowing what Hopkins did last week and that Pittsburgh’s pass defense isn’t anything special, allowing the ninth-most passing yards per game on average, is good enough for me to sprinkle some coin on D-Hop to find the endzone. Maybe for some added fun, I’ll throw a 2+ touchdown bet at +1900 given last week’s outing.
Tyjae Spears (+370)
Derrick Henry dominated on Sunday, recording 22 carries for 101 yards, and on a short week, I wouldn’t be shocked to see Henry on the field less to ensure he stays fresh. I want to target Tyjae Spears here, who could conceivably see over ten touches given his added presence in the passing game. At +370, I’ll definitely sprinkle a little something on Spears hoping the Titans play it safe with Henry.
Calvin Austin III (+700)
We already discussed fading Najee and Pickens, and by no means do I want to bet on Allen Robinson, so I’ll look to take a home run hitter here with Calvin Austin III. Austin can fly, and this secondary hasn’t matched up well against speedy wide receivers that can take the top off the defense. He already had a touchdown in a primetime game this year with a 72-yard bomb, so at 7-1 odds, this is definitely worth a few dollars.
Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (+550)
Treylon Burks doesn’t have what it takes to be a reliable WR2 alongside DeAndre Hopkins, so at +550, I love the value I’m getting with Nick Westbrook-Ikhine who has found the endzone in three of the last five weeks. Westbrook-Ikhine ranks second on the team in red zone targets, so if the Steelers defense pays all their attention to Hopkins, I can already imagine Westbrook-Ikhine squeaking free and giving Levis a wide-open option in the back of the endzone.
